Where We Ship
Evelyn's Attic offers shipping to all USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.
All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours.
Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 4PM EST are usually shipped on the same day.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

A Standard Ground Flat Shipping Fee based on weight as follows:
The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Standard Ground Shipping estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after order processed. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

Evelyn's Attic now offers In-Store Pickup. You may choose the shipping option or in-store pickup when you check out.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Due to the nature of our business, in-store sales, even if purchased online for pickup ARE FINAL. NO IN STORE RETURNS/REFUNDS. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns (APPLIES TO SHIPPED ITEMS ONLY)
To return an item, please email customer service at EvelynsAttic2@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING for shipping. Item MUST BE IN ORIGINAL SHIPPED CONDITION in order to receive refund. Refunds (APPLIES TO SHIPPED ITEMS ONLY)
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return.
Please allow up to ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
